Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by The Grand Points in the fields of web design, e-commerce, SEO, graphic design, marketing, and social media.
1. Services
- Web Design: creation and customization of websites, responsive design, CMS integration.
- E-commerce: design and implementation of e-commerce solutions, payment gateways, and shopping functionalities.
- SEO: search engine optimization, keyword analysis, technical SEO, and link building.
- Graphic Design: visual identity, logos, banners, and promotional materials.
- Marketing & Social Media: campaigns, profile management, content strategy, and advertising.
2. Orders & Agreement
- The Client places an order via email, contact form, or other written form.
- The Provider confirms receipt of the order and service delivery begins after the contract is signed or the offer confirmed.
- The contract specifies service scope, price, deadlines, and any additional terms.
3. Prices & Payments
- Service prices are determined in the contract or offer.
- Invoices follow the agreed schedule - advance payment, partial payments, or upon completion.
- The Client agrees to pay invoices within the set period (typically 14 days).
- In case of late payment, the Provider may charge statutory interest.
4. Deadlines & Delays
The Provider commits to agreed deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide materials. The Client must provide all necessary information and materials on time to avoid postponements.
5. Rights & Obligations
Provider:
- Provides services professionally and according to the agreement.
- Is not responsible for Client-provided content unless it violates the law.
- Maintains confidentiality of Client information.
Client:
- Provides truthful and complete information and materials necessary for the service.
- Does not infringe copyrights or third-party rights.
- Pays for services as agreed.
6. Copyright
Copyrights remain with the Provider until full payment. After payment, the Client may use the work as agreed in the contract. Any commercial use beyond the agreed purpose requires written consent from the Provider.
7. Complaints & Warranties
The Provider guarantees professional service and corrections of errors or omissions arising from our side. Each service includes its own warranty as specified in the contract:
- Web Design / E-commerce: bug fixes in code, functionality, or visuals for 3-12 months depending on agreement.
- SEO / Marketing Campaigns: fixing setup errors in campaigns or strategies within the agreed warranty period. The Provider is not responsible for campaign outcomes.
- Graphic Design: correction of errors in delivered graphics not matching specifications.
Complaints must be submitted in writing by email or contact form. The Provider confirms receipt and sets a remediation plan within a reasonable time. The Provider is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of services or external factors.
8. Liability
The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of services by the Client, campaign results, traffic, sales, or legal/technical issues beyond Provider’s control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Termination of Contract
- The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement.
- The Provider may terminate the contract if the Client fails to meet obligations.
- The Client must pay for services delivered up to the termination date.
10. Data Protection
The Provider processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and data protection law. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- Any disputes will be resolved before the competent court in the Czech Republic.
- The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective upon publication on the website.
